This Fulfillment Policy explains how DNA IS Solutions, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our“) handles refunds, delivers goods, handles returns, and handles cancellations. 
Refunds
Given that we usually bill in arrears, there is rarely a time when a refund of payment needs to be issued. However, in situations where we have collected money from a client for a good or service that is not delivered or rendered, we first ask the client if the payment can be applied as a credit to their billing account. This credit is then automatically applied to the client’s next invoice. When a client credit is not a viable option, we will issue a bank check via USPS mail to the client for the amount of the refund.
Delivery of Goods
We prefer to have purchased hardware goods delivered directly to us so that we are able to verify that the proper goods have been sent. We may also have preparation to do on the goods – such as preliminary setup of a computer – before they are delivered to the client. When all goods have been received, we arrange with the client for a time to physically deliver them in person. Often, our visit will also be a time when we setup the hardware at the client location. On some occasions where no preparatory work is required on the goods, we will have them shipped directly to the client location. We do not mark up the cost of hardware goods. The cost of the hardware and any applicable taxes will be billed back to the client in full.
Return of Goods
In situations where an ordered good for a client is no longer needed (prior to setup and/or delivery), we will handle the return of that good to the supplier. No charge will be made to the client for the good. For hardware that experiences failure within the manufacturer’s hardware warranty period, we work with the manufacturer to arrange for repair or replacement according to their recommendation. We do not accept the return of hardware from a client for monetory compensation because they changed their mind and no longer want or need it.
Cancellations
We offer products that are based on a subscription. Clients are made aware of the subscription terms (monthly, annual, etc.) prior to being invoiced. Cancellation of these subscriptions are possible according to the terms of the subscription. We require a written request to cancel the subscription. Often, cancellations are effective at the end of the month in which they are requested. When this is not the case, we will communicate the cancellation options with our client.
