David Graham

Owner

David has been working in the IT field since 2000, and with over 20 years of hands on experience in the IT industry he has a wide breath of experience and knowledge regarding business IT solutions. In addition to staying up to date with technology trends and advancements, David places a strong emphasis on customer service and relating to clients in a personable and considerate manner – no geek speak here!

David’s career in the IT field has involved positions around the world. The majority of his work experience took place as IT Manager for a leading property management firm in Colorado Springs, CO – Griffis/Blessing, Inc. He has also worked abroad in Sydney, Australia, as a Systems Analyst for a large health care provider. David’s wide-spread knowledge of the IT industry gives him the ability to support various infrastructures and offer creative solutions to specific IT needs within a business.

When not behind a computer, David enjoys woodworking, projects around the house, and cycling. He has completed multiple 100 mile charity bike rides, and spent a good handful of days at Winter Park enjoying downhill mountain biking. David also enjoys traveling with his wife and family, having visited Italy, Scotland, Japan, and Peru.

David has two daughters and a wife of 20+ years.

David McLaughlin

Support Specialist

Yes, another David. Ha! David comes to us well seasoned with experience from across the globe in technical and administrative positions. He has multiple years of business management and consulting support under his belt.

David’s easy going personality helps to make him an “IT guy” that you don’t mind talking with.  He has a passion for helping people evaluate and solve problems. If you ever needed a technical therapist, this is your guy.

David graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He has also spent time in the construction industry. When he’s not behind a keyboard he enjoys cycling.

Wendy McMullen

Operations Specialist

Wendy joins our team with 17+ years of experience in software quality assurance, call center technical support and open-source software auditing. She enjoys working with people to solve technical issues, find solutions, and simplify processes. She has experience in financial, insurance, small business and adventure tourism industries.

A Colorado native, Wendy grew up in the foothills west of Denver, and graduated from Cal Poly in beautiful San Luis Obispo, California. She has a son and daughter in college, lives in Morrison (west of Denver) with her husband, horses, sheep, cats and a dog. In her free time, she enjoys horseback riding, hiking and biking.

Ethan Swayne

Support Engineer

Ethan started his journey in the computer field with certifications in programming, database managment, and networking. He graduated from Colorado Christian University in 2022 with his Bachelors of Business Administration, and from Purdue Global in 2024 with his Masters in Information Technology. He has worked as a freelancer, IT support for private companies, and a System Admin for a church in Colorado Springs.

His broad range of different experiences has made him a jack of all trades in the cyber world. Believing that a wide range of experiences help to come to new and innovative solutions, Ethan tries to find new experiences wherever he goes. However, people and travel are his favorite reasons to be working for DNAISS. He considers it a perk of the job getting to know the people of his hometown and other cities better.

While not working to make more happy clients, Ethan spends his time hiking the mountains of Denver, pursuing the culinary arts, and working on his own passion projects. Currently he is training to compete in a Spartan race and eventually American Ninja Warrior.

There are lots of cool gadgets in the tech world, but we’re only interested in providing you with the ones that make sense. We have no desire to sell you the latest shiny box only because all the cool kids have one. We want to provide you with only the products and services you need so that you can stay efficient and profitable.

Many times you need to spend time doing what you do best, and not be nagged at by your IT people. That sounds good to us! We will not barge in on your workday and monopolize your time. However, we will always be listening for times when you need us.

When we set an appointment we stick to it. There are no “windows” of time that we say we will arrive. We set a specific time with you. If for any reason we cannot make our appointment with you, we will contact you well in advance to arrange a re-schedule of services.

We are always competitive and fair with our pricing. Many clients opt for as-needed billing with minimums as low as 1/4 hour. We also contract clients or projects if you prefer, so that you can operate on a set budget. We won’t leave you guessing what the next invoice will look like.

Let’s be honest, if we don’t treat you well you’ll go find another service provider. We understand that! That’s why we treat every client with respect and dignity. We don’t use “tech speak” to belittle you, and we make sure you understand the services we are providing. And we know our stuff too, so we won’t waste your time.

Custom IT services also means custom working hours and availability. We want to make sure we do not interrupt your work as much as possible. If that means performing services in the evening or on the weekend, that’s no problem – and there’s no price difference! We know we’re doing our job when you are able to do yours.
