How we can help …

Using a cloud-based email filtering solution means that your email is monitored for virus and malicious content before it ever enters your mailbox. Keeping malicious emails out of employee Inboxes helps to mitigate the risk of human error. Our solutions filter incoming email in real-time. They also monitor outgoing email to block malicious attacks originating from compromised accounts within your business – this helps to limit your liability. Employees receive periodic summary reports of all email that has been picked up by the filter.

We also offer a service that will check all URL’s (links) within emails, and even within email attachments. This service runs all links through a security provider for evaluation before your employee is taken to the link’s final destination. When malicious links are detected, your employee is blocked from access to the destination.

Our solution provides your employees with weekly training emails that include a 3-4 minute video highlighting the most recent and relevant types of cyber attacks. Employees are required to complete a quick 4 question quiz all with each training video. In total, it’s no more than 5 minutes per week to keep your staff educated. The solution will keep tabs training quiz results and provide each employee with an Employee Security Score. Managers can have automated reports emailed to them so they can monitor the status and results of employees.

Most threats are feats of social engineering, luring your employees in to providing Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Teaching employees to spot a threat before acting on it will help keep your computers and sensitive business information secure.

Admit it, we’ve all at least second guessed the validity of an email.  Why is the CEO asking me for a gift card? Who sent me that invoice?  Why does the bank need me to verify my information?  We are able to periodically send out mock phishing emails and track how your employees respond.  This helps you to gauge what phishing tactics are “working” in your company and gives you the information you need to focus your cyber security training efforts.

We have multiple templates available for policy documents such as Bring Your Own Device, Work From Home, Computer Use, Disaster Recovery, and much more. Our solutions can even help you enforce these policies by requiring employees to acknowledge they have read the materials.

Send a questionnaire to your prospective or new employees to help get a gauge on their level of cybersecurity awareness.  This helps in evaluating what training needs are required for your work force.

Who likes viruses or malware? Be anti-everything! Our anti-virus/anti-malware software is updated multiple times per day. It runs silently and does not slow down your computers. We centrally manage our protection software so that we are proactively notified when issues arise, and can adjust protection policies on the fly.
